Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or there is a clear production error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@finnnb6.shop with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
We will review the case and determine an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund at our discretion.
Items reported without sufficient proof or after unreasonable delay may not be eligible.
Return Eligibility (Defects Only)
Returns are only accepted if:
- The issue is caused by a manufacturing or production defect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item has not been used or modified
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ordering
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function
Return Process
Do not send items back without prior approval.
If your claim is approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to proceed
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund
Exception:
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
