1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience high order volume, processing may take longer.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days (Fast Shipping)
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (PostNL, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs
  • Weather or external factors

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact the carrier first
  • Then contact us at info@finnnb6.shop

We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for carrier issues.


7. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You will be responsible for reshipping costs

8. Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These are the responsibility of the customer.
